MISTIC RAIN FOREST PICNIC RECIPES
CUCUMBER SALAD
Ingredients
1 sliced seedless cucumber
1 yellow bell pepper
3 sliced scallions
2 tablespoons chopped peanuts
1 tablespoon Strawberry Mango Mistic Rain Forest Nectars
Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste
Toss ingredients together.
GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST WITH CITRUS AVOCADO SALAD
Ingredients
Chicken
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts rubbed with 2
tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon chili powder, and a pinch of
salt.
Grill until done.
Salad
1 avocado, diced
1/2 small red onion, cut in half and sliced
1 grapefruit, 1 lemon, 1 lime (cut, peel and section)
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro or parsley
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Tropical Orange Mistic Rain Forest Nectars
Salt and pepper to taste
Toss ingredients together.
SWEET POTATO SALAD
Ingredients
4 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into bite sized
pieces, cooked until tender and cooled
3 stalks celery, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
Mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste
Toss ingredients together.
