Gap Inc. announces voluntary
recall of babyGap denim jumper

SAN FRANCISCO, CA - Gap Inc. has announced a voluntary recall of one style of girls denim snap front jumper sold in its babyGap and GapKids stores nationwide.

Approximately 5,500 of the jumpers have been sold.

The jumpers, made from 100% cotton, have snap closures which can separate from the fabric. They are being recalled to prevent the possibility of accident or injury.

Gap encourages customers to stop using the jumper and return it to any Gap, GapKids or babyGap store where it will be exchanged for a $32 gift certificate. The jumpers first appeared in stores on January 11 of this year.
